⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about this florist. I was ordering flowers from out of state for the family of a coworker who had recently passed away, so it was especially important that everything be handled with care and compassion. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful, and the family shared how much they loved it. Knowing that the flowers brought even a small measure of comfort during such a difficult time meant the world to us. The entire process was seamless, communication was excellent, and the quality exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a florist you can trust—especially for such meaningful occasions—I wholeheartedly recommend them. I have used Charms on multiple occasions and they have never been anything other than great. All the flower arrangements have been spectacular. My wife is delighted.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
